I agree with Manuel Castell since the information technology and communications has come to make part of our lives that we found in all part and these are part of our technological culture for this reason we must live with them that help us to expand our knowledge of physical and mental abilities and also gives us possibility to social development. Therefore this tool which are ICT makes us easier to work in a dynamic and co-ordinated way.
