Topic: regular verbs

Grade:
Goal: by the end of the class; learners will be able to recognize and apply the regular verbs in a real situation.
Time: 2 hours
Materials:
Ø  Pieces of paper
Ø  Makers
Ø  Board
Ø  Eraser
Personal aims
 To search different strategies to carry out the class
To improve students’ management
To use funny games in order to motivate students to participate in class
Anticipated problems
Learners may forget to put the letter “s” in the third person in affirmative sentences.
Learners are going to refuse to participate in class
Possible solutions
Students are going to make some sentences on the board, after that, the teacher is going to correct those sentences which are in a wrong way.
Teacher is going to motivate students making an amazing activity which is called “find someone who likes:
To work on vacation
To study on weekend
To talk a lot
To walk on foot
To play soccer match
To dance in a party

Procedure
The teacher is going to tell students to make groups of four people, after he is going to give each of them a piece of paper with six questions then, they are going to find someone who has those characteristics, they have to mingle around the class room asking among them who like to make this activity in order to write the name of that person on the piece of paper.
Finally, the teacher is going to ask each person of a team to write a sentence on the board.
Strengthening in the present simple tense just with regular verbs

1)    Learners are going to be quiet listening to teacher’s instructions to participate in the funny activity 
2)    Teacher is going to explain clearly the instruction followed by the learners at the same time is going to monitor the development of the class.
3)    This activity is going to be developed in two hours.
