Main aim:
 By the end of this class the students will be able to use the verb to be in contest

Subsidiary aims:
v  Using and identifying the verb to be in context.
v  To learn the verb to be in present.
v  To write the verb to be in a correct way

Personal aim:
v  To encourage the students to learn the verb to be through multimedia tools, 
v  To do the different exercises during the lesson.

Possible solution
v  Some learners can take confused in the moment to place the verb and the personal pronouns.

Ø  we will do exercises which makes a clear distinction between personal pronouns and verb and how to place them.
v  Some learners won’t want to do the exercises.
Ø  we owe motivate and encourage them to do it.

Procedure:
1.      We will give a short explanation about the verb to be:

Este es un verbo que significa tanto ser como estar y Se usa con los Pronombres Personales: Verb To Be + Pronombre:

I Am = Yo soy... Yo estoy
You Are= Tu Eres ... Tu Estas
He Is = El Es . . . El Esta
She Is = Ella Es ... Ella Esta
It Is = Eso Es .... Eso Esta
We are- nosotros/as somos/estamos
They are -ellos/as son/están

Ejemplos:
I am a good friend / Yo soy un buen amigo
I am in Mexico / Yo estoy en México

You are my cousin / Tu eres mi primo
You are in Canada / Tu estas en Canada

He/she is my neighbor / El (ella) es mi vecino(a)
He/she is in karate lessons / El esta en clases de karate

We are good friends / Nosotros ( as) somos buenas amigas
We are in the beach / Nosotras estamos en la playa.

They are old / Ellos (as) son viejos
They are here / Ellos (as) estan aqui.

2.      Activity: we will give a link where the students can read an explanation about how to use the verb to be.

3.      Activity: we will give other link to our students where they have to complete the questionnaire and send to as a screenshot before and after to look the score. 

4.     Activity: we will say to our students that create a skype account to speak whith them, we will ask them questions like: are you happy?,  How is your family?, are you…?, where we can notice if my students leanrned the topic.
